Looks like Lamison the JC transfer is the #1 QB so far. Hall has dropped to #3.

UTEP has officially named Nick Lamaison their starting quarterback for the opener against Stony Brook.
Coach Mike Price gave his reasons for the announcement as he says Lamaison "throws a crisp ball, he's accurare, he takes care of the football, he makes good decisions. That's why Nick is the guy."
