True Freshmen DB Default Ratings
Notes:
--Clinton-Dix and Williams are rated well above the rest of the class.
--Some of the AWR ratings are extremely low.
--Malcolm Mitchell and Clinton-Dix are rated as Rivals' fastest safeties.
--Nicholson for Virginia needs a ratings bump. There is another FR on their roster who is a 74 OVR, but I can't figure out who he is. Nicholson may see significant time this year.
--Safeties in Red
