I posted a pdf of UTEP's media release. Now, I want to post some possible rating adjustments.
1-Joe Banyard-He is 3rd in CUSA with 514 yards rushing. He is second in avg/g. Maybe a 2 points increase would be prudent. Also, ran for 240 yards against a ranked team (Houston), the only 200+ yard rushing game in CUSA this year.
2-Vernon Frazier-Leads CUSA in avg/g kickoff returns (min 9 attempts) and is 3rd in all-purpose yards in CUSA.
3-Raise run blocking of the whole o-line. They are 3rd in CUSA in rush offense, which is much better than predicted.
4-They are tied with Houston for the most defensive sacks with 19. No one in particular is exemplary, but I'm just sayin......
