Hill indefinitely suspended
LSU’s leading rusher from a year ago, Jeremy Hill, was arrested over the weekend on a battery charge for his reported involvement in a bar altercation.
Not surprisingly, coach Les Miles, back from New York where he was working the NFL draft, has taken the next step as Hill works through his legal issue. In a statement from the university on Monday, it was announced that Hill has been suspended indefinitely. The school added that Miles will not comment on the decision further until Hill’s matter is resolved.
