TCU 2013 news
Former LSU redshirt sophomore CB David Jenkins has been dismissed from TCU after two warrants were issued for his arrest on suspicion of burglary of a habitation.
Jenkins transferred from LSU after sitting out his lone season at the school, and was forced to redshirt at TCU in 2012 due to NCAA rules. After multiple members of the football program contributed to offseason issues in the last few years, TCU head coach Gary Patterson seems to be leaning towards a zero tolerance policy.

Just a month before the start of the season, TCU has announced that tackle Tayo Fabuluje has left the team citing personal reasons. There was no other explanation for the departure.

Re: TCU 2013 news
This is not the way TCU wanted its preseason to begin. Less than a week into fall camp, the Horned Frogs are already down two starters:
Linebacker Joel Hasley, who started 10 games as a walk-on in 2012, has left the Horned Frogs, the school announced Monday. TCU coach Gary Patterson said in a statement that Hasley "decided it was time to move on from football."
"I'd like to thank Joel for everything he's done for TCU and his commitment to our program," Patterson said. "We will miss him and wish him the best."
Hasley is the second projected starter to leave the program since the team reported for camp last week. Starting right tackle Tayo Fabuluje left TCU for "personal reasons," the school revealed Thursday.
TCU will likely to turn to either Jonathan Anderson or Paul Dawson to fill Hasley's spot. This a tough start for a program that has a monster opener looming. The Horned Frogs begin the season against LSU on Aug. 31. At least they'll have a few weeks to get somebody else acclimated into a starting role.

It appears that, at least for now, Waymon James is no longer a part of the TCU football team.
