Suspended South Florida wide receiver Terrence Mitchell is reportedly transferring out of the program to a place where he can play right away.

Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports that Mitchell will transfer to Fort Hays State in Kansas of the Division II level. The most confirmation of the move came from Fort Hays assistant Al McCray, who told the paper that Mitchell is likely to play defensive back. He’ll have two years of eligibility remaining.

South Florida redshirt freshman QB Trenton Miller is expected to transfer.

Miller, a former walk on, is expected to drop down to a FCS level school. He will be eligible to play immediately. We believe new quarterback Steven Bench's addition to the Bulls might have played a role in the decision.

Per Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times, wide receiver Chris Dunkley has been reinstated to the team.

Steven Bench transferred to QB. Sterling Griffin transferred out. One of the incoming DEs will wait until Jan to join, Eric Mayes.

Greg Auman of the Tampa Bay Times reports that Bulls defensive back Josh Brown has torn his right Achilles tendon and will miss the 2013 season as he recovers from surgery. More specifically, the senior will need six to eight months to recover and should be good to go by next spring.

USF sophomore receiver D'vario Montgomery, one of the Bulls' top recruits a year ago, told Willie Taggart on Tuesday morning he was quitting the football team, leaving the squad's workouts in Vero Beach one week into fall practice.
