Oregon junior TE Colt Lyerla has left the football program and withdrawn from the school.
Lyerla reportedly told head coach Mark Helfrich on Sunday night, and left on "good terms." The tight end added, "I love everyone at Oregon; everyone’s on good terms, I believe. Just for my own benefit, it was time to move on." Something was obviously going on the last few weeks, after Lyerla had words with his head coach through the media after missing one game, then did not travel with the team this week. He's a talented prospect, but evaluators will have questions. Lyerla will almost certainly enter this May's draft
