MLB #59 Kelby Brown needs to be added. 6’2 210 so. Expected to be the leader on the defense. Don't know how they left him out. He was pretty good for them last year.

Duke is running a 4-2-5 (I believe). I can't remember how the game handles it, but here is their official preseason depth chart.
They have almost no true freshman listed, but I have asterisked who I think will see some time/who I think EA was trying to include in the game, though I haven't the foggiest where they'll fit in on the depth chart. As such, I just have them at the bottom of their position.

Also, they probably don't need 5 kickers or any such ridiculousness. I trust your judgment. I'm away from the game, but I think they have 68 players on the roster in game. MLB Brown and TE Parker most worth adding. I did this comparison from teambuilder, where I don't know if they show RS status, as such, some things may be redundant. I guess linking isn't allowed, as I tried to for player info, but could not.

The LB/S situation is a tough one, especially since I can't boot up the game to see how they treat what position where. I have no clue who LB's #50 and #41 are. One could probably be made into Kelby Brown.

QUARTERBACK
#19 Sean Renfree 6-5, 225 R-Jr. 2V - More of a pocket passer
#18 Brandon Connette 6-2, 225 So. 1V - Significantly more mobile, team's second leading rusher last year
#7 Anthony Boone 6-0, 225 R-Fr. SQ - Game has him 4th string and as a Soph.
#12 Sean Schroeder 6-2, 195 R-So. SQ

RUNNING BACK
#33 Desmond Scott 5-9, 190 Jr. 2V
#23 Juwan Thompson 5-11, 215 So. 1V - Game has him as 4th string, I believe
#27 Jay Hollingsworth 5-10, 200 Sr. 3V
#9 Josh Snead 5-9, 185 So. 1V
#43 Patrick Kurunwune 5-9, 225 R-Jr. 2V

WIDE RECEIVER (X)
#2 Conner Vernon 6-1, 195 Jr. 2V
#17 Tyree Watkins 6-0, 190 R-So. 1V - Had a really solid scrimmage performance
#13 Preston Scott 5-10, 185 Sr. SQ
** #3 Jamison Crowder 5-9 175 Fr. Monroe, N.C. - Game has him wearing #83 and lower rated than Holliday. Rivals gave him a higher rank and he had a few catches in the scrimmage.
** #8 Blair Holliday 6-3, 185 Fr. Sherman Oaks, Calif - Game has him wearing #88.
** #10 Nick Hill 6-2 200 Fr. Nashville, Tenn. - Game has him as #87, could consider changing him into Gattis.

WIDE RECEIVER (Y)
#26 Donovan Varner 5-9, 175 Sr. 3V
#14 Corey Gattis 5-11, 160 R-So. SQ - Not in game.
#11 William Johnston 5-10, 190 So. SQ

WIDE RECEIVER (Z)
#5 Brandon Braxton 6-1, 190 So. 1V
#86 Josh Trezvant 5-10, 195 R-Sr. 3V
#17 Brandon Watkins 6-0, 200 So. SQ

TIGHT END
#81 Cooper Helfet 6-4, 240 Sr. 1V
#88 Danny Parker 6-4, 245 R-Sr. 3V - Doesn't exist in the game. Missed last year, played in all 12 games in '09, catching 6 balls for 42yds and 2 TDs. Led Duke's tight ends in the bench press (395 lbs.; t5th overall), squat lift (440 lbs.) and power clean lift (300 lbs.). As such, more of a blocking TE, but still, really solid player.
#89 Braxton Deaver 6-5, 215 R-Fr. SQ - Way too low rated, as he's ahead of Farrell on depth chart.
#44 Jack Farrell 6-2, 230 R-So. 1V - Game has as true Soph
#85 Ryan Hall 6-3, 240 R-So. SQ - Game has him at FB. I guess that's reasonable.
#46 George Pearkes 6-2, 240 Sr. SQ - Ditto.

LEFT TACKLE
#79 Kyle Hill 6-6, 290 R-Sr. 3V - Game has as true Sr
#64 Joey Finison 6-4, 295 R-So. SQ - Not in the game; they have a frosh wearing #64. Strong (led all offensive linemen with a squat press mark of 490 pounds), flexible, seen time at G and T.
#69 Teddy Force 6-5, 310 Jr. SQ - Game has as backup LG

LEFT GUARD
#74 Dave Harding 6-4, 285 R-So. 1V - Game has as true Soph
#71 Jon Needham 6-7, 315 R-Sr. 2V - Game has at backup RT.
#63 Robert Shofner 6-3, 275 So. SQ - Not in game, walked on last year. May not contribute a lot of PT, probably not worth an add.
** #67 Lucas Patrick 6-4 305 Fr. Brentwood, Tenn - Game has as #61

CENTER
#68 Brian Moore 6-2, 285 R-Jr. 2V - Game has as starting RG. On Rimington watch list
#76 Conor Irwin 6-4, 285 R-Jr. SQ
#75 Travis Gibson 6-1, 250 Jr. SQ - Walkon; unlikely to contribute much PT, probably not worth an add.

RIGHT GUARD
#70 John Coleman 6-4, 290 R-So. 1V - Game has as backup LT.
#77 Laken Tomlinson 6-3, 310 R-Fr. SQ - I don't believe he's in the game. Pretty highly regarded (Duke standards) coming in. Could probably turn #63 in game into him.
** #65 Cody Robinson 6-3 300 Fr. McMinnville, Tenn - Game has as #64 (I think). Top recruit per rivals. Should be at least comparable to Fr Lucas Patrick.

RIGHT TACKLE
#72 Perry Simmons 6-5, 300 R-So. 1V - Game has as true Soph.
#73 Takoby Cofield 6-4, 300 R-Fr. SQ - Game has as backup RG, and true Soph.

KICKER -
#96 Will Snyderwine 5-11, 190 R-Sr. 2V
Paul Asack 6-2, 220 R-Jr. SQ
Jeffrey Ijjas 5-11, 190 Sr. SQ
Guillermo Freile 5-9, 180 Sr. SQ
Andrew Bailey 5-9, 170 So. SQ

LEFT DEFENSIVE END
#84 Kenny Anunike 6-5, 250 R-Jr. 2V - Game has as true Jr
#95 Jamal Wallace 6-4, 245 R-Fr. SQ - Game has as true Soph
#42 Dezmond Johnson 6-4, 230 R-Fr. SQ - Not in game. Probably worth turning one of the freshmen DE's (#97?) into him as he was a higher rated recruit last year.

NOSE GUARD
#93 Charlie Hatcher 6-3, 300 R-Sr. 3V - Game has as true Sr
#60 Steven Ingram 6-2, 315 R-Fr. SQ - Needs to be higher rated, weight corrected, class to RsFr instead of true Soph.
#57 Will Bryant 6-2, 290 R-Fr. SQ - Not worth add.
Since I'm away from the game, I can't even begin to guess who they intended the frosh DT to be. I'd say make him #99 Sam Marshall

DEFENSIVE TACKLE
#82 Sydney Sarmiento 6-4, 285 R-So. 1V - Game has as true Soph
#58 Curtis Hazelton 6-2, 280 R-Jr. 2V
#91 Jamal Bruce 6-1, 270 R-Fr. SQ - Not in game, not worth add.
#61 Will Boeckman 6-3, 255 So. SQ - Not in game, not worth add.

RIGHT DEFENSIVE END
#92 Justin Foxx 6-3, 240 R-So. 1V
#94 Jordan Dewalt-Ondijo 6-4, 225 R-Fr. SQ - ranked first among defensive linemen in the 40-yard dash (4.68 seconds), vertical jump (32.5") and broad jump (9'10"). Likely worth changing Frosh DE #42 into him.
#97 Nick Sink 6-5, 270 R-Fr. SQ - Not in game. Probably not worth an add.
**#90 Mario Sanders 6-5 225 Fr. Lyman, S.C. - Listed as #49 I believe.

MIKE LINEBACKER
#59 Kelby Brown 6-2, 220 So. 1V - As noted before, he's not on their roster and ought to be.
#54 C.J. France 6-0, 220 R-Fr. SQ - Listed as true Soph.
#46 Ned Smith 6-1, 215 Jr. SQ - Maybe this is who EA has as #34.
#47 David Helton 6-4, 220 Fr. Chattanooga, Tenn. - Game has as #55

WILL LINEBACKER
#45 Austin Gamble 6-1, 235 Jr. 2V - I assume it's the same #45, height and weight are a little off. Listed as starting MLB.
#28 Kevin Rojas 6-3, 225 R-So. 1V - Listed as starting ROLB and true Soph.
#34 Jonathan Woodruff 6-3, 205 Fr. HS - I believe he's #51 on the roster.
**#22 Britton Grier 6-1 210 Fr. Charlotte, N.C - Bulked up on campus, listed on game as #57.

LEFT CORNERBACK
#6 Ross Cockrell 6-0, 175 R-So. 1V - Game has as true Soph. 40-yard dash (4.38 seconds) vertical jump (35.5 inches) during the program's post-spring strength and conditioning evaluation. Jumping rating may be a touch low.
#1 Zach Greene 5-10, 170 Jr. 2V - Ran a 4.42 post-spring workouts.
#25 Quan Stevenson 5-10, 195 R-Fr. SQ - Not in game. Probably not worth adding.
** #30 Jared Boyd 5-9 170 Fr. Stone Mountain, Ga. - Listed as #37.

RIGHT CORNERBACK
#37 Johnny Williams 5-10, 190 Sr. 3V - Listed as #3 and waaaay too low rated. Former starting wideout and KR/PR.
#31 Tony Foster 6-1, 180 R-Jr. 2V - Not on roster. With that extra LB roster spot, probably make him. Fastest player on Duke's team (4.31), best vert as well (37.5). Another converted wideout.
#24 Garrett Patterson 6-1, 190 R-So. 1V - Game has as true Soph and starting.
#29 Lex Butler 5-11, 175 R-So. SQ - Game has as true Soph

SAFETY
#32 August Campbell 6-3, 225 R-So. 1V - Ran a 4.46 at post-spring eval
#21 Anthony Young-Wiseman 6-0, 210 R-So. 1V - Game has as true Soph
#46 Garrett Rider 6-1, 200 So. SQ - not in game.

SAFETY
#20 Lee Butler 5-11, 185 Sr. 3V - Top returning punt returner on team.
#38 Jordon Byas 6-1, 210 R-Jr. 2V
#49 Brendan Fowler 6-0, 215 So. SQ - Not in game. Plays lacrosse at Duke too.

SAFETY
#40 Matt Daniels 6-1, 210 Sr. 2V
#15 Taylor Sowell 5-10, 195 R-So. SQ - Not in game.
#49 Anthony Pecoraro 5-11, 190 So. HS - Not in game.

SAFETY
#4 Walt Canty 6-0, 215 Jr. 2V
#35 Jeffrey Faris 5-11, 185 Sr. 1V - Not in game.
#30 Greg DeLuca 6-2, 200 Jr. SQ - Not in game. Listed on school's roster as RB, but on S depth chart. Whatever, irrelevant.

PUNTER
#36 Alex King 6-1, 210 Sr. 1V
Paul Asack 6-2, 220 R-Jr. SQ
Spencer Rogers 6-1, 190 So. SQ

Somehow I missed this:

Duke starting lineman out indefinitely with broken arm

Posted by John Taylor on August 14, 2011, 5:15 PM EDT

After starting the past two years at guard, Brian Moore shifted over to the center of Duke’s offensive line.

Unfortunately for both the player and the program, that experiment that began in spring practice has come to an abrupt end.  Well, at least for now it has.

The Blue Devils announced Saturday that the redshirt junior will be sidelined indefinitely with a fractured right arm.  Moore suffered the injury during Friday’s practice.

Conor Irwin will likely take over at center until Moore’s arm heals.
