After falling off the radar for a bit, former Wyoming quarterback Austyn Carta-Samuels has arrived at Vanderbilt. Carta-Samuels will not be eligible to play until 2012.

This is a huge get for new head coach James Franklin as Carta-Samuels will have two years of eligibility to give the Commodores.
