However, just looking at the numbers FB #16 appears to be Spencer Ware the projected starting HB (could be wrong). Move to HB. Increase attributes and change to number 11.

I'll preface this by saying that Chavis loves switching and swapping and flipping ends and platooning them so this is just a shot in the dark.

The Tigers have lost one of their nasties on the offensive line.

Thanks to BayouBengalInsider, redshirt freshman Cameron Fordham has decided to move on from the program to an unknown destination

A little more than a week ago we touched on safety-turned-cornerback Ronnie Vinson leaving LSU and heading to a Div. 1-AA (FCS) football program. While the level is still the same, the program to which he’s headed has abruptly changed.

According to the New Orleans Times-Picayune, Vinson has enrolled at Tennessee State and will begin attending classes at the school this summer.

LSU loses two more defensive backs to transfer

sophomore Sam Gibson and redshirt freshman David Jenkins have decided to leave the Tigers football program. While a school official confirmed the departures, there’s no word on where the pair of defensive backs may ultimately land

I know I shouldn't be shocked at someone being off a team near the season, but this one really caught me off guard....wow

I know I'm in the very small minority, but I always thought that Mathieu was over-rated. He has limited coverage skills, who gambles a lot. He is a hell of a returner, but as a CB, I am not impressed. Pop in the Alabama Nat. Champ. tape and see who McCarron picked on all game. Yet, this is very shocking news indeed.

Tell me about it. Think about how disappointed/sad he feels right now while his teammates are practicing everyday, and he is at home, looking for a purpose.

So if LSU picks up the female from the soccer team as a backup kicker, how is she gonna be created on the game lol?

1) backup kicker --- no need to have two kickers in NCAA 13 as the rosters are limited to 69 players, unless a kicker is a senior and the backup is a highly touted freshman. LSU already has a very good kicker, plus a kickoff specialist on their roster.

2) She is not going to beat out the starting kicker Drew Alleman so it won't impact the best roster possible for NCAA13

3) Remember all the other former female soccer players that went along this same path, trying out and not making a team (Virginia Tech, UCLA, New Mexico, etc). Isom tried out in the Spring and didn't make that cut.

4) Two other women have suited up in Division I games without playing. Kathy Klop dressed for the University of Louiville in 1995, and Katie Hnida for Colorado University in 1999. Neither woman played.

5) Last woman to actually play in a game was for FCS school Jacksonville St, and she kicked extra points.

6) When a woman is at the level of a FBS kicker, EA would eventually make that as an option when creating a player.

Already turned away once for a spot on LSU’s roster as a place kicker, Tigers soccer player Mo Isom tried her luck again earlier this week during tryouts for a chance to be on the team.

Unfortunately for Isom, luck wasn’t on her side — again. Isom didn’t make the cut, unless the following message from her Twitter account is completely misleading.

Place-kicker George Bullock, a freshman from West High School, broke his leg after a collision at practice over the weekend and will miss the rest of the season, Tennessee coach Derek Dooley said Monday.

Bullock was one of two newcomers to suffer serious injuries over the weekend. Linebacker LaTroy Lewis will have season-ending knee surgery after the freshman tore the anterior cruciate ligament in a non-contract drill, Dooley said.

LSU starting junior left tackle Chris Faulk is out for the rest of the 2012 season with a knee injury.

The news comes days after head coach Les Miles revealed that Faulk would miss Saturday's contest against Washington. Although no specifics were given, Faulk's knee injury is "major" and will require surgery in the near future. Apparently the injury occurred during Wednesday's practice, and the news will obviously interrupt Faulk's 15 consecutive starts on the blind side. The three prime candidates to take over at left tackle are sixth-year senior Josh Dworaczyk, current starting left guard La'el Collins and starting right tackle Alex Hurst.

LSU will play the remainder of the season without Tahj Jones, one of its most experienced linebackers, as well as three other players, coach Les Miles confirmed Wednesday.

Although he did not disclose specific details, Miles acknowledged that Jones, offensive lineman Evan Washington, tight end Tyler Edwards and linebacker D.J. Welter would not play this season.
